What to do in a lucid dream - all areas of application

What to do in a lucid dream

The main reasons for applying out-of-body travels and lucid dreams are:

  • Obtaining information
  • Influencing one’s physiology (self-healing)
  • Traveling and meeting people
  • Realizing desires
  • Developing creative abilities
  • What to do when you have a lucid dream? Much more than you think.

lucid dreaming what to do

If everyone knew all the possibilities of the phase (lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences, and astral travel), everyone would practice it. This is because everyone can find what to do when you lucid dream in the following list, no matter who they are or what they do in life. This list is far from complete, and anyone can do other things that align with their specific interests. The main areas of application for lucid dreaming and out-of-body travels are:

  • Influencing the physiology of one’s own body
  • Meeting with desired but inaccessible people (modeling)
  • Meeting with famous people, living and deceased (modeling)
  • Meeting with the deceased, including relatives, to ease the sense of loss (modeling)
  • Additional rehabilitation opportunities for people with disabilities
  • Practicing athletic skills
  • An alternative to computers as a means of entertainment
  • Modeling various situations in all fields
  • Learning all kinds of knowledge and skills, including foreign languages
  • Unleashing unusual abilities
  • Recollecting any life events from one’s birth, down to the smallest details
  • Obtaining information about life, oneself, and others
  • Experiencing pleasures (including sexual pleasure)
  • Helping maintain diets by eating unlimited amounts of off-limit foods in the phase
  • Visiting any place in the universe (modeling)
  • Entertainment
  • Realizing dreams and desires, both secret and overt
  • Self-healing
  • Performing complex calculations and solving various problems
  • Improving the psyche (e.g., eliminating complexes and phobias or improving self-confidence)
  • Creative development (creating and refining musical, sculptural, architectural, and other artistic works)

What to do when you have a lucid dream? You can choose anything from this list or go beyond it. The experience is entirely yours to shape.

Psychics

Many people are interested in the topic of extrasensory perception. Many want to become psychics, and some claim to be. However, as noted earlier, this discussion isn’t about what might be but about what can be practiced. With that in mind, there’s no point in relying on theories, especially mystical ones. Nevertheless, the phase and extrasensory perception are connected.

It’s about the very act of practicing the phase. People who call themselves psychics consider mastering astral projection, out-of-body travels, and lucid dreaming (collectively known as the “phase”) to be a pinnacle achievement. However, this is accessible to everyone. Try it, and you’ll succeed. You can then also call yourself a psychic if you wish.

Who knows what’s possible? Perhaps you can achieve even more than the accessible possibilities described here.

Fly to the Pyramid of Cheops or Mars!

Is there anything that can allow you to go anywhere you can imagine and meet anyone who has ever existed (or even not existed) without getting out of bed while quickly experiencing full reality without harming your health and certainly without addiction? It’s impossible to answer this question if you don’t know about out-of-body and astral travels or what to do when you lucid dream. And yet, it is these states that allow you to find yourself in any situation you wish without getting up from your soft spot on the couch. You just need to want it, and anything can be realized.

Moreover, you can fully rely on the subconscious when it comes to the reality of sensations and the resemblance of the smallest details to real objects (assuming that such objects exist in reality, of course). I’m always amazed by the nature of this manifestation of the true power of the mind because it reproduces details that are usually impossible to recall. Moreover, it even reproduces the details of objects that the conscious mind didn’t notice. It is enough for you to have seen something somewhere, sometime, even fleetingly, for that object to be reproduced in full reality and similarity in the phase.

Furthermore, the subconscious reproduces not only the appearance of any object but also its behavior and properties because, in reproducing the object, it uses the entire spectrum of known information about it, including all the smallest nuances. Not only that, but the object will also behave as it would in reality, even in situations in which you haven’t observed its behavior and, therefore, couldn’t know how it would act. But everything will be logical given the other information you do have about it; thus, you can be sure that a real existing object would behave in exactly the same way.

Be assured, if you want to go anywhere, you can find yourself there as if you were really there, even if you’ve never been there and cannot ever go there. When you arrive at well-known places, you might not find that it is any different from reality. Most importantly, everything will feel very real, and you can experience the same feelings you would have felt if you were present in the real place—whether it’s a feeling of awe from the towering Himalayas or the cold and blinding brightness at the North Pole.

Have you dreamed all your life about flying into space? Nothing could be easier. In the chapter on techniques, it’s described in detail how you can get to absolutely any place in the universe. Physical distance is no issue. Have you looked at photographs of galaxies and stars but never thought you could see such beauty? I once thought this way, but my opinion has changed. More than once, I’ve had the incredible pleasure of observing various cosmic objects and events. It’s truly amazing!

Don’t have the money or opportunity to see the great Egyptian pyramids in person? Have you ever dreamed of being at the very top of the Pyramid of Cheops or riding the Sphinx? Now you can dream about anything; there’s no longer a need to fear that it will never happen. Nothing can prevent you from realizing any dream, no matter how crazy. Seeing the pyramids is relatively easy; you can come up with something much more interesting and previously inaccessible.

In the phase, you can enjoy any kind of landscape, from a mountain range to a sunrise on Mars. Or maybe you’ve lived all your life in a cold northern country and have only dreamed of seeing a tropical rainforest during the rainy season. Again, it’s no problem! You’ll need to acquire some skills first, but it’s not difficult.

Perhaps you’ve been interested in history all your life and are drawn to events of days long past. Of course, it would be interesting to see medieval Paris or Kyiv, ancient Rome or Constantinople. Maybe you’d be intrigued to see the settlers who founded the future superpower, the USA. This is no problem because time does not exist in the phase, where it’s common for different times and cultures to mingle. You can visit not only the past but also the future, and it will be more similar to the actual future than what is presented to us in various films and science fiction books. This is because the subconscious takes into account much more information than hundreds of even the smartest minds can possibly consider.

Are you fascinated by the movie “Jurassic Park,” where the cherished dream of many—to see live dinosaurs—was realized in the form of a well-executed cinematic illusion? With its realism, this film allows you to forget for a while that it’s a movie. But in the phase, you can meet mastodons or pterodactyls and examine them closely. Under certain conditions, you can even touch them and feed them from your hands. I know someone who decided to engage in out-of-body travels solely because of this possibility—and he wasn’t disappointed. He met dinosaurs as if they were alive, which was something he hadn’t even dreamed of before.

You can fulfill similar dreams by meeting various people in the phase, even people you’ve never seen alive. You can find any person as long as something is known about their existence, even if it’s just their name. Imagine the scope for imagination this opens up! It’s limitless. Finally, you can meet historical figures and converse with them about their actions, or simply observe their lives as a detached, invisible observer.

You can meet any historical figure you like. You can meet with leaders like Stalin or Napoleon. If you wish, you can express your thoughts to them or even voice your admiration for them. This could never happen in everyday life, but in the phase, you will feel as if you’ve met a real person.

Everyone is accessible in the phase: Confucius, Tutankhamun I, Cleopatra, Jesus, Mao Zedong, the elder and younger Bush, Princess Diana, Pamela Anderson, Tom Cruise, Dostoevsky, Mike Tyson, and so on. You can engage in any kind of interaction with anyone, but it’s much more interesting to communicate with them based on the modeled laws of reality.

These opportunities are especially interesting to ardent admirers or fans of famous figures from cinema, sports, and music. For example, take Elvis Presley. No one will ever accurately count the number of his fans around the globe, even though he’s no longer with us. He’s still popular and is one of the people most frequently contacted during spiritual séances, which are often conducted solely for him. Lucid dreaming allows anyone to meet him, and such meetings will feel as real as life itself. Many Elvis fans don’t even think of this, but it’s possible. Moreover, note another advantage of meeting Elvis in the phase for the female audience —with practice, you can make the person respond to your every desire, agreeing to do things they might never consider in reality. This is important for men too; that’s why I mentioned Pamela Anderson.

You can meet anyone, not only well-known figures but also people from your surroundings as well as your relatives, both living and deceased. In general, you can meet any person who is or was close to you (there’s a separate chapter about this in this book). In this area of the phase, there’s only one limitation. In fact, “limitation” might not be the right word, as the phase is often boundless, especially for creative people. It’s as limitless as your imagination. Even then, the phase is limited by your imagination only if you don’t know how to use it properly. And, even if your imagination isn’t rich, you can still have fulfilling dreams.

At this stage of human civilization’s development, nothing can compare with the possibilities of the phase and the practices of lucid dreaming, out-of-body, and astral travels. No computer or medical treatment will give you as many positive results as practicing the phase.
