More About the Author
Michael Raduga was born in Siberia, where he started practicing lucid dreaming at the age of 16. He opened his own research center in 2007 and went on to carry out experimental seminars all over the world. It was during that global project that better procedures were developed to allow people to gain control over their dreams in just a handful of attempts.
Having authored over a dozen books, Michael Raduga is also well-known for his experiments in California, where he used a group of volunteers and special techniques for controlling dreams to reproduce typical alien abduction accounts, near-death experiences, and certain religious miracles.
The Phase. Shattering the Illusion of Reality, the author’s main work, is considered by most readers to be the best training manual for the practice of lucid dreaming.
