Got the phase the other morning. Was brief but enough to reactivate my desire to achieve it! Looking forward to sharing my phases!

Cool. Based on casual observation over the years, I think people's lucid goals come in two categories:

1) Spiritual growth.

Eventually this is my major goal!

I want to use it for things that I can't do in real life. Like fly, breath under water and see extra ordinary things. One thing I would really like to do is visit the Willy Wonka chocolate factory and eat everything I can lay my hands on. See interesting landscapes and magical fantasy lands. that so...

I punched a coffee table and it hurt like real life...then I fouled. 

The fact of the matter is, there is no future. Only the present. Therefore you can only live in the now. Whatever you are experiencing in this present moment is real. NOTHING ELSE. Maybe the key is not trying to figure it all out but just accept what is happening right now!! (lesson for me too  ;D) ...

I had simulated phase experiences this morning. I was 'exiting' in my dreams and wondering why nothing was working.....I wasn't LUCID!!!! Just dreaming about it.

I have noticed that on the days I attempt to enter the phase when I haven't had enough sleep, I am "stuck" at one point or another or I get really confused and have no control on my attempts.

I'm sure writing down your dreams would be fine as it isn't entering or attempting to enter the phase
