Lucid Dreams Only
Lucid Dreams Only
Hello,
I have read the textbook and workbook several times and I have a question that I am certain is not in the books. I only want to have lucid dreams. I dont want to have OBE's where I exit the body. I am assuming Michael that you may be the only person to reply. If that is the case, in your experience, what percentage of successful entrance into the phase (LD/AP/OBE) is lucid dreams please? I understand that I will probably have less phase entrance if I am only after lucid dreams. Once I become proficient in indirect techniques how many lucid dreams could I have per week from your experience please?
Many thanks

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
OBE/AP/LD - are the same. That's why I use "phase" for uniting them
Ld just one of the way to be in the phase. Not the best way
Usually lucid dreams become a bonus for practice indirect or direct techniques. You even may no think about it but will have succes. Even if you haven't succes with indirect or direct techniques. If you do everything properly 30% of the phase entrances must be by becoming conciousness in dreams

Thank you Michael
Re: Lucid Dreams Only
Is it possible to have lucid dreams every time with indirect techniques once they have been mastered please? I understand that as a beginner having phase entrance every time is highly unlikely.

Yes, it is possible. Not every time. But often

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
If I understood this right, in Lucid Dreaming you don't have bodily sensations while in OBE you feel things with your 5 senses. Am I wrong?
And I am also more interested in Lucid Dreaming (at least at first tries). Can I LD every night, or several times a night using indirect tecniques?

wrong. Using deepening techniques you can have hyper sensations even in lucid dreamsIf I understood this right, in Lucid Dreaming you don't have bodily sensations while in OBE you feel things with your 5 senses. Am I wrong?

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
I had 3 LD (in a couple of weeks) with the regular techniques like WILD, DILD, etc. and I got a 'normal' dream, only I was fully aware and was the 'movie director', but no bodily sensations. That's why I was asking this question. I understand that your techniques are totally different, so I suppose the result is different too...wrong. Re: Lucid Dreams Only
WILD, DILD, etc are ok. It is another door to the phase
In this case all you need is deepening

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
I was doing Indirect techniques ( daytime nap & deferred method ) last 40-50 days and got success in Phantom wiggling, Observing Images, vibrations through dot in forehead & straining the brain and also feel rotation ( so I understand Phase State well & also found myself lying in different position )but come back quickly to wakeful state doing these techniques
So I decided to take rest for 1-2 weeks and so from today I am doing Becoming Conscious while Dreaming. Today I remembered 3 dreams and wrote in notebook.

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
Astralbeing, when you felt all these techniques upon awakenings, you were already in the phase. It seems, you practiced with these techniques too long instead of going further immediately.

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
I feel that using Lucid Dreaming to teach someone how to project themselves is always the best place to start, unless Lucid Dreaming is frequent for them already. I say this because the way you can get into Lucid Dreaming you can start the same way as Projecting. For starters they should learn the "feel" of lucid dreaming and the difference of projecting. This way you can instantly feel whether or not it is a lucid dream or a projection.
Lucid Dreaming also helps you with understanding how orientation works on the astral plane. Since we are no longer using our equilibrium and normal perception we have to be aware of new senses and a different perception.
As for the OP, everyone is different, depends on how much you practice, how much you want it... some people can do anything they are taught first time, some can't do it for weeks, months... even advanced techniques for years.

If everything we perceive is a reflection of the past and our actions dictate the future, what creates our reality? The choices we make, or the past that made us make the choice?
