Hi Michael. Hows the weather?
Is phase another word for feeling enlightenment? oneness with 'god'?
Is phase the same state that shamans enter when healing and journeying?
Is phase the same state that a person enters when they stare at a full moon and so-called 'turn into a werewolf'? (fairytales aside)
Is it true that phase can occur spontaneously in a normal waking day?
Are animals in a perpetual phase state?
Thanks

Hi Michael. Hows the weather?
Exelent, thanks!
Is phase another word for feeling enlightenment? oneness with 'god'?
Maybe. I don't know what it is. I know how to do it.
Is phase the same state that shamans enter when healing and journeying?
I doubt it. Maybe only in rare cases it is the same

Are you serious?)
Is it true that phase can occur spontaneously in a normal waking day?
Yes, but it is a very rare situation, exception
Are animals in a perpetual phase state?
No. For being in the phase they need to be self-conscious

Thank you for answering
It's been pretty chilly here for summer.
I didn't mean werewolf literally
That's just how our culture reflects an experience back at us in order to scare us away from such possibilities.
Using the moon could perhaps be a mixture of a spontaneous occurance and a direct technique. And then one could change into an animal in phase.
Is forced falling asleep like a sinking feeling that the practitioner
intends?
When you say 'no muscle movement' during forced falling asleep, doesn't that include moving the eyes?

In the phase you can be a wolf and many practitioners like to transform in any creatures in the phase. In this case it maybe related to fairytales.
Is forced falling asleep like a sinking feeling that the practitioner intends?
Maybe. But it rather usual falling asleep, but fast
You can move your eyes while attempting to get a phase using almost every technique. Just don't open them.

That is how it works for me. I feel like I'm sinking into my pillow, deeper and deeper.

Usually (90% of cases), it means you're not enough aggressive or concentrated on the techniques. But it's better than to be too aware during the process.
Check out the new SOBT in 3-4 weeks on this site.

Will there be a hard copy available for sale? Sometimes a computer isn't available and I have two friends who are interested in learning. I will also recommend that they check the site. One of them likes to read hard books anyway. I'll be downloading the new version and buying a hard copy too if available.
Thanks, Michael.

Yes, it'll be on Lulu or Amazon, however a full free version will be on this site, of course.
BTW, if you have some experienced friends, don't forget to invite them to participate in your experiments.

I am age of 30 and having blood plessure problem. Is that fine for me to practice this? Do u suggest any diet plan for me to have good phase entrance?
The phase practice isn't dangerous if you have problems with blood pressure

None are experienced but they are superinterested. Btw, I may have found a person from Pulse who may want to take part in the tests. I've given him an introduction and he is yet to confirm participation. He's sent me his email address.

MR.Raduga I want to come to The seminar In LA, and I know that I would have to be 18 but can I come anyway or is it a strict rule? I could bring my dad or an adult.

In this case you need permission of both of your parents. If you will have this, write your contacts to

What happened to the NY seminar?, I don't see any information on the site about it anymore. Please don't tell me you cancelled the event, I was looking so forward to it. I can enter the phase about once a week but it's difficult for me to wake up without moving. I think speaking with you face to face would give me the motivation to kick things into high gear and actually get things done in the phase.

It's pity, but I had to cancel it.
In next few monthes there will be a lot of actions about this topic. I deciaded to perform all experiments in one place (LA) because it may save a lot of my time and energy. It's just much more easy and I will have a chance to focus only on primary problems.
I hope new practical guidebook will help you to solve all problems without my support. It'll be on this site in 2-3 weeks.

Do you use your indirect techniques with success every single time you wake up throughout the night, even if it is 3 hours after you went to sleep. Or do you generally only do it after you have slept for 5 hours or so?

I do it rarely in this period of time. For me there is no sense, because I prefer just sleep in this time. Usually I do it in the late morning or after afternoon nap. 90-95% of attempts are successful. (even one year ago it was 70%, 10 years ago - only 10-15%)

Do you mean your personal success rate was 70% a year ago Michael but is now 90-95%?
If so, what happened to make that increase happen?

Summerlander, wiii I had to delete a lot of your messages in this thread.
Please don't do it again... It's not good. It's only one my personal thread on the forum where I may answer to questions. You have your own threads.

You'll see it all in new SOBT, that'll be ready to download soon. Mostly. it's forced falling asleep and some other tricks

I was thinking about the inappropriateness of it all after a while. I'll definitely be more careful on that respect.

Recently i have been unintentionally waking in the middle of the night(after 2-3 hrs of sleep) ....and while immediately going back to sleep i experience sleep paralysis.Once the vibrations are heavy and the body goes to paralysis(accompanied by various loud noises) i try to roll out but i am finding there is strong resistance against it...even after managing to roll out with great difficulty, i am finding it very hard to move around in the phase because of this resistance...is it because the body is tired due to inadequate sleep?...is there anything else i can do in this situation ??
It's a type of separation. Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes very hard. 10 types of separation sensations will be In the new SOBT.
The more resistance to this resistance, the faster it'll dissapear. By other words, you just need more active and agressive deepening

Dear Michael,
After forced falling asleep when i feel that verge between sleep and wakefulness should I try to get up as if I were to use my muscle without thinking about the action, or should I try to do it with visualization?

Just get up as usual but without using muscles. Actually, in some cases you can try to visualise it from the very beginning.
10 kinds of separation (by perceptions) will be in the new SOBT
The matter is your desire and intention to do this by any means
