Change phisycal body in astral

Is it possible to change parts of youre body, as like growing 10 cm or change color of hair or eyes etc....
In the phase, it is possible to change our perceived body in any way shape or form. But this will not change the physical body that lies asleep in the same way.
Emotional states in the phase or even mere dreaming are likely to have more noticeable changes. For example, returning from a frightening phase experience may make your heart race and your body sweat. Or, you may have a wonderful experience and wake up full of energy and in a great mood.
The placebo effect is also more effective in the phase state. You can find medicine in the phase to help with healing. For example, for headaches, you might find that medicine in the phase is more effective than a real aspirin.
