Hello, everyone.

"A Practical Guidebook" says I must not try to enter the phase more than 3 days a week. Does this mean I cannot write my dreams down during the days in which no attempts are made?

I'm sure writing down your dreams would be fine as it isn't entering or attempting to enter the phase

If you have strong desire then you can enter in phase every day!!!
