for 1-5 attempts (1-3 days) - 50%
for 6-10 attempts (2-7 days) - 80%
for 11-20 attempts (3-14 days) - 90%"

How many times do I have to attempt to get to 90%?

It varies, some people have a success rate very early on. Some it can take a longer time. It depends on when you have time to practise. If you are working all of the time like me then you will rarely get to experience the phase. On my days off though I get to have some fun, having a lie in for me is the only time I get to enter, or having daytime naps it works too. Usually only happens to me when the sun is out.
