Lucid Dreaming and OBE Discussion Board

I read that you can visit the past in astral projection. When you go out of your body, and you want to go to the past, do you just attempt to go back to the past, and you go there- or do you have to visit the akaschic records to view the past. Also, can you view it in a first-person perspective, as if you were reliviving it again?

Personally I have been to the akashic records once, I spend alot of time traveling in a doctor who style when astral projecting/ in phase state, if you haven't I recomend you read The Phase , it brings a lot of informative educational material to the table, pretty much the mind is a very powerful tool and you can do anything you believe you can.
