hold on, I have never heard of the appear in front of the mirror technique. where can i learn more about this? it was not in the book!

Thank you Michael , I am great full for all of your effort and help. No one else i know of puts so much effort into this without making people pay hundreds of dollars and just repeating the same over and over again despite no results.

its just a matter of going and standing in front of your mirror or expecting to be standing in front of it once you have entered the phase.
