Alien abductions in the physical

I heard aliens can abduct you in the physical and non physical I need to know if this is true and if so how would you fight back? I want to OBE tonight
Most alien abduction accounts are either the product of phase states of the brain (hallucination) or outright hoaxes. A small percentage remain inexplicable but lack scientific evidence. There is no concrete proof that extraterrestrials are abducting human beings.
