Can anyone do astral projection awake
if so how can you do it ?

The term "awake" is very broad, conscious projecting is possible but in my experience when the eyes open the imput overrides the projection site.
I've used a combination of music that I know the time limit of the songs and headphones to do sort of a time dilation projection where 3 songs roughly = x time but the projection time is 3-4 times longer

Awake meaning when you do stuff everyday when your not asleep.
Not a alseep astral projection but up and moving astral projection.

I personally have never projected while my eyes were open but there is no real laws on how it's done. As I have said above I can project while awake but eyes closed.
