Hey Michael. How does this look for a mourning attempt strategy:
- get up a few hours earlier than usual
- go drink a glass of water
- back to bed with intention of awakening without moving
- keep doing this (sleep with intention of not moving) until it works and ten do indirect technique
Is this the right sequence?
Thanks

hi
maybe someone could help me out on this little problem.
i am going to train with indirect tech in the weekends. i will start with the 5 daily attemps but i am not sure for how long i should train??
is it 5 min or 10 min or what??? i have read the sobt over again and i cant find an answer.
how many min per attemps???
is the seminar a good idea if you feel you dont have the time to train? just to get an idea on what it takes and maybe talk face to face with someone who knowes more than i??
yours faithfully johnny

if it is just a train it is not a matter how long you will do it.
All you should achieve is UNDERSTANDING of the techniques!!!
5m, 1h, 1h each day of week or month...
if do it properly you will need 4-7 days (30 min every day)
