I am trying to project 3-4 times whenever I wake up but it seems that I wake up just to go to the bathroom as usual so I don't really know what to do then.
Just train your ability to wake up and immediately perform techniques. Do techniques even after phisical movings.

The more time for sleep the better. So it better to do on weekends
I tried putting an alarm clock every hour to beep so maybe it can wake me up.
Wanna get real practice in the future? Never do it.
I also meditate usually to keep my thoughts in control.
It isn't related with this practice. More over do not do it in the same day or you will haven't enough intention/concentration
