Is my procedure right ?

Hello Michael,
Since I begin to try lucid dreams (6 months ago), I managed to realize 2/3 DILD (poor and short, and hazardous) and 4/5 WILD (clear and longer, but hard to acheive). As it was very very hard, so when I read your books and specialy "Indirect techniques", I thought that they are the solution.
I just would like that you valid my procedure just in case I missunderstand something.
So, I chose the indirect techniques sequence :
1. Straining the brain (when I began to read your book, and especially indirect techniques chapter, it was just before sleeping and I asked myself about how to perform this "strange" technique. And I wake up in the middle of the night and still asking myself about this technique ... and immediatly I felt a strange sensation in my head and vibrations. So I keep it in first ;-).
2. Observing Images (When I go to bed, I use to fall asleep _very_ quickly. And I have a lot of images coming. Sometimes, when I am tired, while talking to my girlfriend in the bed, I have a lot of images coming ... it's like a flood !). So I put this tech in second place.
3. Listening in
4. Phantom Wiggling (when I train this technique I do not fell an other hand, is it normal ?)
5. Rotation
Yesterday, I train this sequence 5 times per day in order to memorize it.
During the night : Usually, I used to wake up naturally after 5h/6h of sleep, but now my "problem" is since few weeks, we have a brand new baby at home ;-) ... he wakes us up after 4 hours of sleep maximum, so after the night milk, I return to bed, training the indirect techniques sequence I chose during 2 minutes and telling myself "I want to wake up at the end of the next sleep cycle in 1h30 and stay motionless for my exercices". I start with "Force Falling asleep" with separation attemp then 4 cycles of indirect techniques sequence.
So I tried this morning, I woke up after the mi-night-milk-bottle, and applied the techniques. I realize that 1) It's pretty hard to stay motionless when I wake up (but I continued even if I had move ... just for training) and 2) I was not able to do the 4 cycles : I stayed too long on each techniques and gave up at the 2nd cycle twice. I know that this is one of the main mistakes, so I will use more determination.
Is my procedure right ? Any mistake ? Things to add ?
Thank you,
V.
