Dear Michael,

I wonder if you can point out any mistakes in this session please?

----

I got up after 6 hours sleep.

I went back to bed and set my alarm clock for 4 hours later.

I fell asleep about an hour later.

I had a lucid dream and when it ended I stayed motionless in bed, eyes closed and immediately attempted to separate - no separation.

I then did these indirect techniques:

7/8 seconds of body rotation - no sensation.

5 seconds listening in - I always hear a faint high pitched tone but no change in the tone.

5 seconds phantom wiggling on my arm - no sensation.

5 seconds observing images - no images.

I did 5 cycles of the above 4 indirect techniques.  Failure, so went back to sleep.

I Woke up again and remained motionless, eyes closed.  Attempted separation - no effect.  I did the same indirect techniques as above but substituted observing images for straining the brain.  I did 5 cycles and again no sensations at all so I went back to sleep.

I woke up again, remained motionless, eyes closed.  Attempted separation - no effect.  I did 5 cycles of the same indirect techniques and substituted straining the brain with watching my breathing.  Again no sensations whatsoever.

----

Thank you

LD is already type of the phase... You get it. After returning to the body after LD you should perform a re-entering the phase. In 60% of cases you are still there.

Your cycles are good. Just try to do it over and over again. The problem may be in your intention or something like this. Maybe, you need more agression and self-confidence while attempting it. do it by all means. If you feel too awake try to do cycles as if you want to fall asleep by them.

Last weekend I got 45 phases + 20 semi-separations for 55 people by the method on my seminar.

Thank you very much for the answer Michael.  I must admit sometimes I doubt that it will work for me so I am going to use EFT to attempt to overcome my doubts and to instill confidence instead.

Yes. it is so. But you can achieve it by yourself anyway. The guidebook may really help
