how to avoid false awakenings and dreams of having obes...While trying these indirect techniques...?
I wanna have obes but most of the times i am having just dream of having an obe....And false awakenings too...when trying indirect techniques
How to avoid them..?

Anyway, it all means you're close.

You cannot do anything with dreams about OBE.

But you can easily solve false awakenings: test all your awakenings (try hyper concentration or breath through the pinched nose)
