Perfect time to separate in a sleep paralysis...?

Its a general question about phase...
Lets consider that i cant use indirect techniques for now..
And i wake up and find myself in a sleep paralysis...
Than what should i do...?....When should i try to separate..?
Today i woke up and found myself in a sleep paralysis....After some time i started hearing buzz sound and a bit of vibrations too..
I thought i should wait...But suddenly all sounds and vibrations vanished..
So my question is if i ever find myself in sleep paralysis...How can i convert it into an obe ( without indirect tec) and when should i try to separate..?

In my opinion,if you find yourself in this situation,an especially if you heard buzzing and felt vibrations you shoult try to amplify them,or if they vanished i think indirect techniques should be working very very well, especially movement based techniques, for example phantom wiggling, you shout try it very hard cause your body muscles would not move as you are in SP

This is what i would do:D
And do not analyse nothing,do not think logically to what is happening to you in that moment, just do everything is in your powers to feel phantom movement, and when you feel it has reached the 4 inches or more just separate:P

last time i was in sleep paralysis i heard voices, a strange alien static kind of noise and had extremely vivid visuals of my room. I knew at this point all i had to do was get up. I didn't think about any techniques, all i did was get up, and i was in an OBE. I think if you are in sleep paralysis and you remove all doubt that you can have on OBE, you can do it. Although non movement based checks are better, perhaps picture yourself floating or try phantom wiggling or imagined rotation.

i think the 3/4 times a week is advice for beginners. if you are getting results then you probably do not count as a beginner any more

i tried roll out but i feel high resistance and strong pull towards chest area
and this pull always snaps me back.....

1. sleep paralysis - IS THE PHASE
If you are in the phase, you should stand up and go

2. You got a phase

3. You lost the phase because of passiveness

When I feel Sleepparalysis i'm happy because then I can get out easily.
Most of the time when I feel sleepparalysis it is acompanied with vibrations and I'm floating around and when I come down to the bed and the noises are fading, I just step out of the bed.
