Excuse me my english, sometimes I write not exactly what I want to say

Under exercise I mean your OBE practicing. But yoga and sport are good too

First of all, you should know, that writing down your dreams helps you to remember them much-much better. After a week of everyday writing you'll notice, that your dreams became more bright, more realistic, more clear, full of actions, etc...
And then more dreams you can remember, then easier it would be to get into the lucid dream. It works like that: if you know your dreams it won't be a problem for you to realize once "Hey! I'm sleeping right now!"...
My first experience of phase state was lucid dream. After a week of dreams writing, reality checking (by asking myself "am I sleeping right now?" over 20 times a day) and reading of AING forum I asked myself once if I'm sleeping and the answer was "yes, I am!"

Than I found the easier way. It's OBE. In the Mikhail's guidebook this method should be described. I have a 7-hour sleep, than woke up, have a 10 minute brake (drinking water, reading dream-plan) and than go to my bed again and concentrating on my feelings. When my mind began to fall asleep, I just get out of my body - it feels like that

Read the guidebook, it'll help you 100%, I promise.
Good luck in your efforts! And sweet dreams
