Hello!  ;D

Raduga's book is the best one I know so far. In fact, it is the only one I have read and I am reading. If you want, you can try this method for lucid dreaming. It's worked very nice to me. Also, keep a journal, it is very important as when you wake up you may remember just a little about your dream. However, when you start writing you will remember a lot more.

Also, this is what I do for lucid dreaming:

I practice lucid dreaming and OOBEs too, as I want to live 'on the other side' too. Good luck!

LOL!  Nice one, Ssergiu.  Yes, with Michael Raduga's advice you will be entering the Phase in no time.  It also helps if you record your dreams.  This will help you to identify certain patterns within dreaming and increase your likelihood of becoming fully conscious within the dream-world.  Be a dream detective!  8)

Use the chapter 2 of SOBT as correctly as possible, and we'll be glad to see your phase experinces here. Good luck!

Welcome!!
I think you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll pick it up!! I had results (all be it very, very brief) on my very first attempt. Michael's techniques are great!!

Watch this video before sleeping today http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZfuntnZdcY

And try again.

You were already in the phase!!!!

Next time you feel you non-physical arm moving, don't stop. Try to increase the movement!!.

Did you feel any vibrations?

When a technique starts to work, even in the slightest way, stick with it until you can separate!!!

It seems you were a little bit not self-confident. Be more straightforward and persistent. Create a plan of action before attempting again.
