Hey guys not sure if some of you guys remember me but i read SOBT couple months ago and starting using some of the practices. I had alot of great experinces but never was able to master the seperation part. But then i had to stop the practices cause i got really busy since im a student and i had work and  i had band practice. But now that im just a student i have alot of time to become a practionier again. So hope Michael remembers my posts way back then. Ill try and be more active on the forums now since im really motivated to continue where i left off. And actually i started last night and i had a experince. Please feel free to tell me what i did wrong or share your own ideas, im just trying to learn this again from scratch.
So I woke up got out of bed went to the bathroom and i laid on my bed. I didnt want to fall asleep since i was keen on waiting so i could do the deffred method or w.e its called and but i feel asleep. Then i woke up again. This time i did not move and kept my eyes closed which was hard when i first started the practice but this time it was no problem. But the problem was keeping awake while i was doing the cycles(Observing images, listening in,phantom, rotating) midway through the second cycle i believe i feel asleep or was in this weird dream like feeling. I remember not to forget listening in since i always seem to hear noises and music when i wake up. I study music at my college so im a bit of a music person. But i am not sure if i was in a dream or if i was awake but i seperated from my body. It was very blury and almost dark. But i remember to shake my hands but it still didnt work and i eventually i went blank and then dreamed about somthing else and woke up. It was intresting since it was my first attempt after since i came back to study sobt again. Well til next time, happy travels.

You get the phase, but you should much more actively use deepening this time
