I have been hoping for a teacher or guide etc. Two or three days before your initial email message came, I had another experience (OBE)which is always nice. Another synchronisation. Yes, I too have the same question. I was wondering how your email just appeared into my box and got through thr filters?  The information on tis website is very good and practical.  As a natural OBE'r myself, I have run into difficulties that seem to prevent me from OBEing. I will try these techniques and see how they work for me.
