Lucid Dreaming and OBE Discussion Board

I got your email in one of my email addresses. I am just wondering how did you get my email address? Anyway, I am glad 4 your generosity in providing the free guides. For years I've been experiencing this OBE uncontrolled phenomena. I've done plenty of reading on how I can control it but to no avail. Your books hopefully will help me control my experiences. I have gone through lots of uncontrolled flying, passing through walls and rooftops. Visiting places and persons  I am mostly unable to figure out but at times visiting the moon and really far away places in the solar system. Vibrations are natural part of my experiences. One time I experienced a Kundalini episode, which I consider unbelievable. This one were not vibrations but rather waves that shook my body.
I went to see medical especialists to complain of these vibrations. I've gone through all physical tests including brain MRI, psychological tests, etc.. but they were unable to explain the subtle vibrations all over my body.
I learned the nature my vibrations from an expert in Chakras who told me that my vibrations are caused by my aura's that are remarkable and huge. I learned to live with it after this assurance. The thing that sometimes puzzle me during uncontrolled flights are the hands I feel holding me and seems to be guiding me during some episodes. I know they are behind me, though I can't see them. I'll try your techniques and will let you know the results. I live in Los Angeles,  California, maybe 1 day I may have the opportunity of attending 1 of your seminars. Thanks    Mark E.

Hello Menriquez, it was great to read your message. It so perfectly describes many of my own experiences. There is something about the way Mr. Raduga's book is written that just seems to ring so true, so clear, and so comfortable at the same time. Perhaps we are all being brought together by a conscious energy that we are all part of. I will look forward to your future posts.

hello yes it is similar experiences like you mention with the hands guiding you, that have made me feel that there is something more to all this than some aspect of my subconscious. i mean there is nothing in my real world experience that i could see that would have contributed to such an experience. also visiting places that seemed to have different physical dimensions, such as having 3 dimensional sight
