Don't overthink it. Just do whatever comes to you in whatever order. In my opinion it's not that complicated.

I agree with Luna.  Also, you shouldn't alternate between techniques too quickly.  You may be discarding one that would eventually yield results.  Oh...and don't lose sight of what you are trying to achieve: phase induction.

Yes, don't overthink it. It's not the most important thing. Just choose 2-3 techniques that suit you more and cycle them

The much more important thing HOW you will perform these techniques...
