Question about the darkness at the entrance to the phase

My big question!
I tried going to the stage many times but I am on the point I'm about to leave after I run through the body vibrations and large turbine aircraft engine in my head, after this point, I get excited while I can not move from there, either by my inner emotion that can not stop talking ("we're there, come and go a little more, get up and floats!") or whether it gives me a little the dark or fear of the unknown that comes after that point .. there is darkness? in the event that I leave the stage, if I have my bedroom blinds lowered and everything is dark (that is 6 am), at this stage I'll see it all dark? I have to think of light at that time to see anything? I think this is what stops me most when you leave. of all the books I've read, none has fully explained in detail the whole process, give the beginning of the great vibration until the arrival of the astral vision, everything I've read are general details, but not hyper-concrete.
It happens the same to someone else?

Thanks friends!

P.D. Sorry for my bad english!!

Hi, davidvaldes!

Don't fret, my friend.  Baskers has made a good suggestion.  It is indeed all in Michael Raduga's new School of Out-of-Body Travel.  It really is the best guide you will get.

When you reach the vibrations, then you have a good indication that the phase is only around the corner.  I usually let these vibrations peak and then separate.

Don't worry about vision while you are trying to enter the phase.  Once you are out-of-body, if the environment is dark, just perform "deepening".  I normally rub my hands against each other and feel for the realism of the friction I create.  Then I blow on my hands and hear the air flowing from my mouth.  Eventually, vision ensues (sometimes I just wish for vision and it comes).

You can turn your senses on and off.  Deepening intensifies the experience and makes the phantom environment as realistic as possible.  Hyperreality can then be achieved.  Maintaining techniques will keep you anchored to the phase space and will also help you to prolong the experience.

Summerlander , thanks very much for the reply!

long ago that I'm trying to phase out but with sounds and waves binaural heme sync, but I think I have stalled because sometimes I work, usually always get the vibration but I need that little push to exit and enter the phase. Sometimes I work nights and 7 days a week (police work) and when I finish next week of nights, I sleep at my usual time but always on the first night I have vibrations ensuing large, usually 3 or 4 in the morning and in a fierce, but I can not enter the phase as awake. I hope to get through this guide Michael R.

Now I will tell you my progress!
