Strange experience whilst practicing phantom wiggling

Before going to sleep I run through a few of the indirect techniques to practice them in preparation for when I wake up the next day.  When I was practicing the phantom wiggling I imagined my hand was moving up and down and then I moved onto the listening in technique.  As I was doing the listening my thumb started to move about by itself.  Obviously it wasnt my physical thumb but instead my astral thumb.  This lasted for about two minutes.  Can you comment on this please Michael?  Do you think I would one day be successful with direct techniques because of this?  Why did my astral thumb move by itself without any conscious direction from me?  Many thanks.

It is pity but it means nothing for success for the direct methods. If you feel the same sensation upon awakening YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE PHASE and all you have to do is separating from your body. You should be at the free-floating state of mind for achieve the direct techniques as you can read in my guidebook. Only after this your sensations can mean something and they begin work very fast and obviously

Thank you very much for your reply and for the free manuals.  Interestingly this morning when I woke I tried the phantom wiggling straight away on my arm and then listening in as I heard a loud high pitch noise.  I then felt my legs floating around in the air.  So easy to achieve.  Thank you sir.

You were in the phase at this moment.
Next time do not lose your chances and go ahead!
