Music and Creativity in Phase. A Case

When I was a teenager, I accidentally heard a track of my favorite musical band in a lucid dream (the phase state). The sound was incredibly high quality and detailed. I have never heard such high-quality acoustics in real life. The sound without any distortion appeared directly in my head, striking with its fantastic spectrum. But that was not all…

Moon Phase and Lucid Dreaming/OBE Practice

The whole my life I was totally sure that the lunar phase had no effect on lucid dreaming practice. I thought it was very stupid to blame the Moon, when only you could make mistakes. Now I’m ready change my mind, but this story is much more complicated than you may expect. Before we start, don’t forget that I use the phase state term to unite all dissociative REM-sleep phenomena, like lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, and out-of-body experience. Looking from physiology, it’s all almost the same, but may look a bit different in real practice.

There a lot of fans of this topic. Thousands of people around the world are literally obsessed with the phase, that’s why you can find so many popular movies and books based on this topic. Nothing unexpected – it’s one of the most amazing things you can experience in your life. Period! But when you try to do this, sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s hard, and sometimes it’s almost impossible for people. The whole my life I was totally sure that our success strictly depended only on three major factors: our skills, sleep duration, and our natural predisposition. It looks reasonable, but sometimes you do everything perfect, but it gets much harder than usually or doesn’t work at all. Many explain it by the Lunar phase. Is it legit?
