What about vibrations? dark matter? and gravitation? aren't these are realities not made up of atoms? Einstein theory of relativity stated that a mass approaching the speed of light (vibrations) turns in pure energy.

I'm sure you have realized by now that academic hierarchies are often as toxic and fraudulent as political and ecclesiastical hierarchies.
