SMV - deepening without separation

Post by Michael Raduga »

All branches of the School are testing this technique now (it's obligatory to put it in cycles):
SENSORY-MOTOR VISUALIZATION
Immediately after waking from sleep, remain motionless, eyes closed. Imagine active, physical movement for 10 to 15 seconds while touching an actual object and simultaneously examining the imagined details of the room. If nothing appears during this period of time, a different technique should be used. If real and imagined sensations become mixed, then continue the practice until the imagined sensations overcome the primary senses.
But we try to use different logical way to explain this: you should do it like deepening. You're already in the phase upon awakenings, so let's just make it vivid - you don't need to be separated!

Maybe, some of you wanna try this? Don't forget to be aggressive and persistent

I like it and I will try this next every awakenings. I hope it will definitely bring best results for me.
Until now I had only 3 separations and didn't do any Deepening because those separations last very few seconds.
But now I knew that I am already in Phase apon awakening and I have just to Deepen.
Thank you, and I will come very soon with my Phase experience.

So you don't need to try to leave the body when you wake up? You can just start deepening straight away?

Yes, you can.  I usually separate anyway because I'm used to it but there have been occasions when I haven't.  You see, moving in the Phase is never actual...it is mental.  A practitioner experiences the mental as though it's actual because it is an altered state of consciousness where their awareness is focused on their perceived selves.  You can just move your phantom arms while you lay in bed and rub your hands against each other, for example.  This can bring about the vision of a Phase environment that you can then explore.
THE PHASE = waking consciousness during sleep hybridisation at 40Hz of brainwave activity conducive to lucid dreaming and autoscopy.

Yes.

It was the best technique on this seminar, but it was mandatory to use in cycles while other techniques were on choise. Next time I'll try it give it as other techniques

Yeah, especially if you enter the phase by visualising an image, and at some point you will be part of the sorroundings, just do deepening!Do not go back trying to separate, cause it is already the phase:)
Says it also in SOBT;)

This is good to know since I rarely separate.  Usually I just deepen when waken by imagined rubbing of my hands and body until I am out of my body.

I don't usually get sight though until I start touching the environment.
