I want to know what affirmation is good to help you to wake up in the night to try indirect techniques. Last night I went with:
"I'll wake up after my next dream and cycle (techniques)"
(Note: shen I say "cycle" that actually means "play dead, try to separate, then cycle techniques")
That worked well last night for me and I remembered to play dead. But is it the best affirmation of intent to use for indirect techniques?
Also, when you use deferred approach, is there a good affirmation to use then? (I wake at 4am then go back to bed after about five minutes.) Last night I used the same affirmation all night.

Re: What is a good affirmation to use?
what i will write is a little off-toppic but....
every time when i set my alarm to try the deffered method, but every single time,i wake up b4 alarm rings, with half an hour b4 or evn with an hour!
Last night when i went to ed i wanted to see if i could wake up afte 4-5 hrs of sleep, without alarm and without agressiveintention to do so!
And I did not!
I think just setting the alarm at an hour, creates the strongest intention to wake up,even if alarm does not ring! When the alarm is set b4 sleep it kind of imprints in subcounscious! You know you will definately get up if the alarm rings..so you get up b4 if sleep is enough...i dunno..I'm just saying I've noticed this on me!
Has someone noticed something similar?

For me now, it's enough to think a little about the phase and about a plan of actions.
PLEASE, BE VERY BRIEF IF YOU WANT TO ASK ME
