Helping hand

Post by Blackbumper »

I'd like to know what people make of this one.
After going back to bed after a toilet break, i then went through various concentration exercises and exit techniques however after an hour i fell asleep. I then became fully lucid while dreaming and then started to move my energy body, but was unsure if was actually moving physically of just 'astrally' so to speak.

Trying to think of an effective exit technique i yelled out 'grab my arm' a couple of times and then i felt my wrist being grabbed and a strong pulling sensation. I freaked out and phased back into the physical and opened my eyes.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

If it's your own method, it's ok. You may experiment with whatever you want. If it's the way you understand indirect method, you're completely wrong at all stages.

There was only one mistake: your returning. It's a state where everything may happend in initial stages of practice. If you get some sensations - doesn't matter what - you better use.

thanks Michael.
I mix up techniques from time to time. Often when i lose focus using the direct technique (ie fall asleep) i will try something different then come back to it.
And yes, next time i won't freak out when i feel the sensation and just go with it. It's overcoming that initial fear barrier.

thank you.
