Quite a few times when I have woken up in sleep paralysis and try to exit the body I experience a sort of fragmented vision where it seems like I can see 2 sepreate parts of the room as if looking in a cracked mirror, for example I have seen both my table and the window at the other side of the room in a mixed up way... when this happens I cannot exit.

What is happening? What should I do?

Any help would be great.

may be your eyes or eye were a little open in this moment. This is why you could not separate.
