Is uncomfortable body cause of failure?

Post by SamaS »

Twice this morning I woke without moving.  I awoke in the position that I go to sleep in, the most comfortable.  Yet my body felt incredibly unconfortable.  Both times I felt mild vibration.  I did five rounds of these indirect techniques with no success body rotation, phantom wiggling, listening in and observing images.  I felt a little increase in vibration and nothing else.  My body felt so uncomfortable all I wanted to do was roll over.  I didnt try forced falling asleep as I go back to sleep very quickly and I didnt try straining the brain as I still sometimes tense my head muscles slightly which could ruin my chances.  Any thoughts please?

As the first step, next time make change your body position and then begin indirect techniques by forced falling asleep

It is better change very uncomfortable position than trying to go through it
