hi everybody!

im so happy this morning i have to quickly share my excitement with you...

im trying OBE for some time now, started with direct techniques, and then accidently found Michales defered method. I strongly believed in it from the start, and followed it quite precisely, but my main problem was not waking up without moving, not being able to remember to try separation and cycling, and even if i sometimes remember my mind was so slugish that i just fell asleep. I practiced these techniques, and was "practicing" my intent and affirmation before sleep, but just couldnt make it in the morning. After some time i started remembering dreams more and more, and started keeping dream log to help me be more aware (although i know i should focus on one approach only and that was indirect, i just thought this might help recognizing dream and trying from there or immediately when exiting one).

Well, this night and morning i suceeded few times creating vibrational state with indirect techniqes, and i have to tell you - its sooo easy! As Michael says, the biggest problem is remembering doing it and do it after you wake up. I didnt even need to cycle! Every time i made it the first try, for instance - i start with observing images, and see images but hear sounds and switch to them and they make vibrations and then i use straining the brain to amplify them. I also suceeded with other combo of techiques.

the most amazing thing is i suceeded even after i wake up and move, without a problem, on the first cycle!

however, im not shure about first few inductions, but i dont think i tried separation, i was so excited that i forgot. I know for shure that my last try i had so hard vibrations and sounds that i was so excited that i stoped breathing and that took me back.

anyway, im so happy, because i know that i only need to do one more thing now - to separate!
