It worked but without sight

Post by JunL »

Eventually today it worked in five days. :)

I fell asleep yesterday night with very strong intention of successing the technique.
Then I woke up three times in the middle of night(maybe woke up bihourly) and tried seperating, phantom wiggling, rubbing hands and swimming technique.
But it didn't work and sometimes it made me hard to fall asleep again for a long time.

Somehow I fell asleep and woke up in the morning but I realized I woke up with moving so I passed seperation technique and tried to phantom wiggling, etc.
I thought my finger moved but didn't know if it was real one or phantom(question : how can one assure it without opening the eyes?).
After trying 4 cycles, I just fell asleep again, and woke up again after about one hour without moving lying left side of body and eyes closed.
I just tried seperation technique and somehow I felt levitation altough I was trying to stand up. It happened lightly, not-slowly and there was no vibration or noise and also no sight.
Then I rubbed my hands for 10sec, stood up and opened the door and touched wall. But my sight was still blind(I didn't open my eyes as real eyes could be opened but expected some images appearing in front of closed eyes).

Maybe I moved about 20M in the phase and woke up so it was pretty short like 30sec(I think it is because construction noise outside :-\).

Congrats on your progress.
Interestingly I had a 'SIGHTLESS" normal dream last night.  I didn't remember it until I read your post. It was short, but I remember speaking with people but not being able to see them.  It wasn't dark or black, just no sight - kind of like what your hand can 'SEE".

Thanks for the reply.
I succeeded again today but it was very short. (like 4 sec)
I think I'm adapting to the technique.
Only working technique for me is saperation technique. This time levitation was failed but rolling was worked. But there was no sight like before so I just tried to open my eyes but real eyes were opened(but only left eye  ;)).. so I woke up and it was 4sec :-\

I don't know who's luckier... You or me?

I got my first phase after 35 days (literally [read my eBook if you don't believe me]). Mine was full on and an in depth phase with full vision. Your first experience only took 5 days... But was not so good. I wonder if the amount of practice time was what caused the differing first experience...

Btw did you think you would have no vision during your first phase??? maybe that's what caused it. I had vision probably because I thought it would be impossible for me not to have it...
[center]Can't experience the phase?

Check out my free ebooks and video recreations of actual phase experiences.

I experienced short phase in 5 days but it's not my full practice lenth.
Actually I have been practicing LD(DILD or WILD) for about 1 year. :)
I just found here and started phase practice recently.
I am already very interested in LD, OBE long before.
I think that my luck is that I found here and phase method.

Maybe my very first WILD or OBE was full vision and I experienced it accidentally in my childhood. But now having full vision in OBE is my main problem cause I have 'not-paralysed physical eyes' problem when I'm in sleeping paralysis(phase).
But I think this phase technique would solve this problem.

My experience last night reminded me of your post here.
Here's my post about last night:
I am having trouble with the physical pain of staying in one place. BUT maybe I am just about to peak?
Last night when I was about to give up because the pain of wanting to roll over was getting too annoying, I realized that I WAS PARALYZED! I am not sure what percentage, because I just went back to sleep.

Then later, I ?may? have had a blind OBE. I heard some cowboy yodelling music playing quite loudly, and assumed it was an obscure song playing on my iPhone that kicked into gear after the Ramp4 tones. So I didn't want it to annoy my wife, so I sat up and looked at the phone - but NO, it was still on the Ramp4 playlist, and had stopped!

Hopefully, I'll look back at this someday and see how "easy" it was!

I wanted to comment here.

While OB, toward the end of a practice, I saw a red light coming through my bedroom ceiling. when I returned to body it was still there, and I could see it with my real eyes even if they were open or closed made no difference.
When I read your post it struck me very similarly.
