I am wondering if anyone has an opinion about drinking Coffee, before Phase?
My body reaction to Coffee seems a little different that most, in that I often enjoy a drink of coffee BEFORE I GO TO BED. To many this sounds counter intuitive, since most drink it when they wake up to get wider awake.

Drinking coffee can be counterproductive when trying to induce the phase state. Caffeine inhibits the action of adenosine (a molecule that promotes sleep). On top of it, coffee is a diuretic - if you manage to enter the phase you might find yourself fouling prematurely with a need to use the toilet.
THE PHASE = waking consciousness during sleep hybridisation at 40Hz of brainwave activity conducive to lucid dreaming and autoscopy.
Each body is different, and will process/use the coffee chemistry in its own way. (The upshot is, sometimes this is a desirable effect, sometimes not desirable)
Each body is different over time and circumstance (the effect of coffee or any thing else can vary from day to day, hour to hour, in terms of getting a desirable or useful outcome using it)
Each coffee is different. I probably can't overstate that. Some coffees, especially taken in quantity, create a cognitive state that is operatively psychotic. Others are not much different than 'sock water'.
Mt personal experience (and that is all that it is) is that in general, more often than not, coffee consumption is a net negative, but sometimes it is positive.
I accidently poisoned myself (spoiled fish). The toxin stays in body, with anything and everything else put into it, good or bad, makes no difference to the OB you. Death of the body will send you out, and free you of any impediments or chemicals. However, upon return, if you haven't cleared it, i.e. any toxins, from your body, they will be waiting for you upon return. For me, the experience OB was amazing, the returning to my body with all that stuff in it, was pure hell.
If you damage you're in body IB or your brain, you can recover it, in practice OB, the injured part, if you know how.
