Marylin Hughes offers quite a bit of material, being a long time OBEster. She's written about a zillion books, which you can either buy, or read completely for free online.

One caveat; she is deep into the catholic belief system. For this reason I have personally stayed away, but she no doubt does have a great deal to offer. I heard her give a three hour radio interview once on Coast to coast am

Thanks Montana. An online friend from a Gnostic site sent me her link about a year ago.
I L-U-V loved her Catholic viewpoint on things. I couldn't get into her books but I liked her videos. The Holy water, icons, incense, etc. -- too much fun.
I stopped going to church about 35 years ago but if I could find a good parish with the old Tridentine High Mass I might go more often.

My day to day focus and effort has a direct impact on the quality of my OBEs. All that stuff can be very helpful.
