awakening without moving

Post by koi »

It seems that my best bet with indirect techniques have come as a result of a lucid dream: that is, i will "wake up" in a dream and then go on to enter a vibrational or paralysis stage in my body. I have not been successful this far with the whole awakening without moving bit. Is there any advice on how I could train myself to become more proficient at this perticular aspect of the technique?

1 - of course, it is better to make awakening without moving, but you have great chance even after it (especially if using the forced falling asleep after moving)
2 - "go on to enter a vibrational or paralysis stage in my body". What for? Right after becoming lucid dreaming you need to deepening the phase in the place where it happened
3 - Vibrations is not obligatory at all. You do not need to experience them everytime

thanks alot for your reply. I suppose I would attempt to go back into my body from a lucid dream in order to "lift out" and make the experience seem more real since it would occur in my actual bedroom....

Look, there is another way:

After becoming lucid make deepening. Then you can use translocation technics for being in your bedroom
