Usage of the Word "Hyper"

Post by Th3TruthizInThere »

I have seen references in this forum such as "hyper-real", "hyper-vision", etc.

There is an organization which also uses the term "Hyper" a lot.

I have also seen different posts that would hint at philosophies and activities of this organization (not as much anymore- but A LOT up until very recently)

Are MR and/or anyone regularly on this forum part of that organization?

Just curious...

It's interesting how in dream energy, how some words are used sometimes and the meanings we attach to them. Personally I don't put too much emphasis on them, I much rather concentrate on the experience and recall those experiences with my senses and dream journal.

You do bring up a good point.  I am also curious to find out more as to how others put emphasis to such words.

Hyper just means more than usual. Hypo means less than usual. For example hypothermia means low body temperature, hyperthermia is excessive body temperature. Hypertension = high blood pressure, hypotension = low blood pressure etc.
