Michael, you say in your books that you should only deepen when in the phase.
I have some real problems fully separating from my body. I don't seem to have too much trouble getting full movement of my arms.
A couple of times when I have gotten free movement of my arms I have told myself that I was out of my body and begun rubbing my hands together then rubbing my face. Once I start doing this I begin to perceive myself outside of my body and eventually get full sight and find myself outside my body (somewhere else in my bedroom).
I suppose it is sort of like observing images where you are just suddenly in the phase even though you don't roll out of your body.
Once in the phase I keep deepening and am able to get around normally (for me anyway).
Is this an acceptable way to get into the phase, or should I try to get full separation before I rub my hands together to deepen?

Re: Phantom Wiggling directly into the phase
It was ok
Just do not lay too much in your body when you feel a phase. Becouse you should always accelerate your sensations in the phase. Otherways it will end soon. It is one of the primary problems of novice practitioners. They get the phase, lay in it, lose it in few seconds.
