Share and discuss indirect techniques, direct techniques, becoming conscious while dreaming, non-autonomous methods

The Phase acting by itself.

Post by Cerridwen33 »

My last experience the day after my last post (see http://obe4u.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=9) was, after falling asleep, I started entering and exiting the Phase without my doing anything about it. One moment I was holding my mum's hand (and I could feel the pressure), a few seconds afterwards I coud see it was the blanket I was holding... This was repeated twice or three times more. I felt as if I was going nuts! Why was that happening without my 'permision'? ???

It is normal. About 30% of your experiences will be like this. But do not lose it! If such things occur, immediately use them (amplify and separate or just separate)

The Phase acting by itself...again!

Post by Cerridwen33 »

I was in doubt if I had to post this here or in my Diary...http://obe4u.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=9
Finally decided this was the place.
I am still opening my eyes and moving a lot when I awake in the middle of the night, so I didn't have a chance of trying to enter The Phase by myself, but that doesn't matter it seems! I keep 'phasing' in an out in the middle of the night without my doing anyting about it.

The night of 23rd Jan I had three LD's in a row, mixed in between by normal dreams. It came as in 'waves': normal dream-lucid-normal-lucid-normal...and so on. I can only remember the first, but when I finally awoke I knew it had been three.

The only 'improvement' seems to be, that when I was having a normal dream and suddenly it became lucid, I took it cooly, just said to myself: "Oh, I am lucid..., let's do something...".

I don't know if this whole thing of The Phase managing me instead of the other way around is good, bad, regular or what. I am puzzled! :o

For a while I thought I had a problem opening my eyes immediately after waking up.

After focusing on what was really happening I realized that I wasn't really opening my eyes, but was gaining consciousness in the phase.

Don't let it bother you too much if you think you opened your eyes when you woke up.  It's possible they were never open.

Also, unlike moving the body, opening the eyes doesn't wake up the body (out of SP).

Up to 30% of all sensations upon awakenings is fake. That is way I talk never think about it, but try to get the phase anyway
