So i was just trying out this technique for waking astral projection.
http://www.planarportals.com/lore/lucid- dreaming-out-of-body-experiences-obe/tec hniques/astral-projection-technique.php
Once i started to try and move my consciousness to the double i started to have pains in the back of my neck. I have also experienced this while trying visualization techniques in my bed, but thought it might just be because my neck is in an awkward position.
This cant be the case as in this waking technique i am sat upright with a straight neck. Any ideas what this pain might be? Some sort of blockage? Will i need to get rid of it before i can do waking AP or should i just ignore it and power through?

Re: Pains in the Neck
Go through it. Do not think about it otherwise you will realy create the problem.
Sometimes it is normal to have some sort of pain, but in 99%cases you will be without it.
