Fear of Solidifying

I strange fear I have developed over the years, is that I will somehow "become solid" in OBE, & find myself in a strange place, with no means of getting home - quite illogical!  I also find looking at my own sleeping body very repulsive, I am almost afraid of it.  Is there any reason for this sort of fear?  Logically I know it is foolish.

Only one thing can really help you - regular experiences. If you will get the phase not rare than once per week, this problem will go away soon. I had a lot of fears in the beginning too
