Huge pain

Tonight I do it as always: slept for 6 hours then leave bed for 5 minutes then go sleep with mind : I will wake up soon, not move, not open eyes, and do techniques, after that I awake, then do seperation and I felt like something is attracted me in somewhere and I felt huge pain, then I open my eyes and felt huge pain in my shoulder.      is it normal to feel pain?

1 - or you got it from the position what you used for sleep
2 - or it was phantom feeling (as images, vibrations, sounds etc) and the pain indicated the phase.
