Hello! Summerlander has told me about Michael Raduga and I looked it up on youtube. I have found the video "Out-of-Body Experience in 1-2 Days! " and I decided to join as everything that is in that video fits my theories regarding OOBEs.

I've stopped going to any other lucid dreaming sites because I've found that anything not in Michael's book is counter-productive.

I now stick ONLY to what is in the guidebooks, strictly. The hardest thing is limiting attempts to 3-4 times a week when I'm having difficulty being sucessful (which has been frequent due to stress disrupting sleeping patterns).

Great to see you here too, MattShea. I feel at home here. No arguments about theories and models of reality. In here things are more matter of fact and the site is focused on what the Phase state can do for you.
