Have you tried to have a nap before attempting to OOBE? Have a dreamless nap.

Keep trying! Make a firm intention to take advantage of your awakening during the night. Perhaps they will get more frequent. Never give up!

ya, don't give up.  keep at it, read everything on this site, read the book again....and u will figure out what u r doing wrong (if u don't give up)!  Took me a long time too!

Yep, it takes practice, but it will be worth the time you put in to it. Don't give up!

Try not to feel too discouraged. It took me seven months of constantly trying before I got anywhere. Heck, I just had my first experience last night. I didn't do what I wanted to do, but it WAS a first step. Keep analyzing what you're doing and double-checking it with the book and some of Mr. Raduga's videos. You'll probably find some mistakes that you can fix and get going more easily.

Just keep at it. Eventually you'll succeed.

I've read it. I'm very impressed by persistance like this. Anyway, if someone cannot get it even in 1-10 attempts it already means serious mistakes.
