Is this method going to work for me?

Hi guys, I'm new at this, but I've learned sleep paralysis okay, I can wake up without moving okay, then I can rotate on the flat easily, but I can't wiggle or levitate to separate.
What I've been able to do transport directly to a point in the room. I can feel myself in that location, but its dark and blurry. I've been peering and palpitating and standing in a crouched position, but vision and clarity are only improving slowly.
Is this approach likely to work for me? I hope so, because I can sometimes do it directly as well an indirectly.

Hi

Did you try just getting up like normal? You don't have to wiggle or levitate to separate, you can just stand up and walk.

I always spin when it's dark, it's a translocation and deepening technique in one.

I can forcefully twist myself up. It seems like I have to do it fast or I'm stuck.
Spinning sounds worth trying, thanks.

When you rotate, separate before rotate to the real body sensations. If you can rotate upon awakening, you're in the phase

If you have no vision, you can try a technique to create it from SOBT.

Anyway, all you need to do just try. You're almost on the right way. You were in the phase

Don't do it directly.

Thanks Michael. I can see what I'm missing now. No success this morning, but I'll keep trying. :)
