Friend wants to try lucid dreaming
A friend of mine has expressed an interest in lucid dreaming. I know he probably won't have time to learn the cycling techniques. Also I think if he puts in a lot of effort without results he will give up quickly, but if he experiences the phase quickly then he might persist. Is there a short, bare minimum introduction to the phase methods that may help him to have a phase experience fairly quickly and without too much effort?

It'll be in new SOBT
Or tell him just try to separate from the body upon awakenings somehow. He will need not more than 5-10 attempts anyway.
