Exiting from your side?

Post by Mentalbody1981 »

I have managed to phase from my back then roll out my bed several times but this is not a natural sleep position for me and requires gentle movement to get to my back from my side. What exit technique are best for the practice sleeping on your side?

you can still roll out form your side. Or you could crawl out from your side. Sometimes I am on my side but perceive myself on my back which makes it easier.

meanwhile I think that exit happens automaticaly if you could make it through the vibrationphase, without waking up. The vibrations may are invoked by the intention to travel.
In my oppinion the only challenge is to keep calm then anything goes automatically (In my case it seems that the "astral self" / spririt seems to have a will of it's own, which awakes in vibration phase).
