Sleep paralysis and separation

Post by Bo »

I hate to ask this question because there will be no solution accept for the things I do but I just want to know if anyone recognize this problem.
Lately I encounter numerous times sleep paralysis and if I could separate each time it occurred I would be very very happy!
Unfortunately this is not the case as opposed to earlier when I succeeded every time when I encountered sleep paralysis.
This morning it happened again and this time I really gave everything to separate but failed again and woke up.
It should be really easy and spontaneous.
Any comments?

I can hear Michael already groaning

separation methods seems to be quite hard to accomplish so i use visualisation method while eyes closed during SP. Just imagine a place from where you want to start your phase adventure, but if that does not help than rapidly imagine many places where you can start because this way you might "hook" on one of those images .I suggest to imagine places which has as much as possible of contrast because i noticed that then it is easier to enter ze phase.

Laberge has a visulisation DEVELOPMENT technique in the appendix of EWLD.
Basically...look at an object.. and then with your eyes still open...notice the afterimage.
Try to do this while walking, eating, etc and many other times when you remember to do it.
It works..it helps...
tried and tested...but that is only visualisation.
